Disciplinary Reports from January – March 2016 – Maldives Medical and Dental Council

Dr. Makhmoor Bashir Bhat, (PP.NO: I0056785) TMR 2506 from India was found guilty of submitting a forged registration from Delhi Medical Council and was struck off the register on 08^th March 2016.
Dr. Javid Ahmed Ganai, (PP.NO: G061972), from India was found guilty of working in Maldives without a valid registration, and his registration from The Jammu Kashmir Medical Registration council could not be verified, hence he was not issued registration from MMDC. (Decision taken on: 08^th March 2016).
Dr. Bhaskar Mishra, (PP.NO: M4000356), TMR 2570 from India was found guilty of working in Maldives without a valid registration, and his registration from Medical Council of India, could not be verified, and was struck off the register on 08^th March 2016.

4. Dr. MD Aftab Javed, (PP.NO: 07711721), TMR 2531 from Nepal was found guilty of working in Maldives without a valid registration, and his registration from Nepal medical Council, could not be verified, and was struck off the register on 08^th March 2016.

5. Dr. Omar Abdelgawwad Abdalla, (PP.NO: A 13090101), TMR 3088 from Egypt was found guilty of working in Maldives without a valid registration, and submitting registration certificate copies with altered dates to the council and was struck off the register on 15^th March 2016.

6. Dr. Sadik Enam Boksh, (PP.NO: AC 8705804), TMR 3286, from Bangladesh registration and practicing license have been suspended from 12^th April 2016 till completion of an ongoing investigation against him for alleged Medical negligence.
